To ensure fairness to all guests and proper reservation management, the following cancellation policy applies:

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

• Guests may cancel their reservation within 24 hours of making the booking and receive a full refund, provided the check-in date is more than 48 hours away.
• After the 24-hour cancellation period has elapsed, all payments made are non-refundable.

Cancellations Before Check-In

Reservations cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date but after the 24-hour cancellation window are not eligible for a refund but may be considered for a date change, subject to availability and management approval.

No-Show Policy

• Guests who fail to arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be considered a No-Show, and no refund will be issued.

Early Departure

• No refunds will be provided for unused nights resulting from an early check-out..

Date Changes

• Requests to modify reservation dates must be submitted at least 48 hours before check-in and are subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.

Force Majeure

In exceptional circumstances beyond the guest’s reasonable control, management may review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method used for the reservation.

By confirming a reservation with Realtor Solutions Shortlets, guests acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
