Realtor Solutions Shortlets
These Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations made directly with Realtor Solutions Shortlets or through third-party booking platforms, including but not limited to Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo, and other online travel agencies.
By making a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions..
Reservation and Payment
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Realtor Solutions Shortlets.
- Full payment or the required deposit must be received before check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Rates are quoted per night and may be subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In Time: From 2:00 PM.
- Check-Out Time: 12:00 Noon.
- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- Guests must present a valid government-issued identification document upon check-in.
Occupancy
- Only the number of guests stated in the reservation may occupy the property.
- Unauthorized visitors, gatherings, or parties are strictly prohibited unless prior written approval has been obtained from management.
- Additional charges may apply for undeclared occupants.
Security Deposits
- Realtor Solutions Shortlets reserves the right to request a refundable security deposit before check-in.
- The security deposit may be used to cover damages, missing items, excessive cleaning costs, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
- Keep the property clean and in good condition.
- Respect neighbors and maintain reasonable noise levels at all times.
- Use all appliances, furniture, fixtures, and fittings responsibly.
- Report any damage, malfunction, or maintenance issue immediately.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Smoking inside the property unless specifically designated.
- Illegal activities of any kind.
- Excessive noise, disorderly conduct, or disturbances.
- Hosting parties, events, or commercial activities without written authorization.
- Bringing dangerous substances, weapons, or hazardous materials onto the premises.
Violation of these provisions may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Property Damage
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their visitors, or members of their party.
- The cost of repair, replacement, or additional cleaning may be charged to the guest.
Housekeeping and Maintenance
- Housekeeping services will be provided according to the booking arrangement.
- Management reserves the right to access the property for emergency repairs, inspections, maintenance, or safety concerns.
Cancellation Policy
- The Realtor Solutions Shortlets Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Guests are advised to review the applicable cancellation terms before completing their reservation.
Liability
- Realtor Solutions Shortlets shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, injury, accident, illness, or any other incident occurring during the guest’s stay except where required by law.
- Guests are encouraged to secure valuables and obtain appropriate travel insurance.
Force Majeure
Realtor Solutions Shortlets shall not be held responsible for failure to provide accommodation or services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, utility failures, strikes, civil disturbances, or other unforeseen events.
Right to Refuse Service
Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation, cancel reservations, or terminate occupancy where a guest breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct that may endanger persons, property, or the reputation of Realtor Solutions Shortlets.
Lost and Found
- Items left behind by guests will be held for a reasonable period.
- Shipping or delivery costs for returned items shall be borne by the guest.
- Realtor Solutions Shortlets is not responsible for unclaimed items.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Acceptance
By completing a reservation and/or checking into any Realtor Solutions Shortlets property, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
